The reception is open 7 days a week (except December 25th and January 1st).
From September 1st to June 30th, the club is open from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm, and on weekends from 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm.
From July 1st to August 31st, the club is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:45 am to 7:00 pm.

Bookings are possible up to 2 days in advance throughout the year.
For example, on Monday, you can make a reservation for the same day, Tuesday, and Wednesday (day J, J+1, and J+2), without exception.
To book a court or a pitch, you have 2 options:

Extraclub

From September 1st to June 30th, book and pay online on the Extraclub Arcachon platform by creating an account. Extraclub is only open for consultation from July 1st to August 31st.
I arrive at the club without my equipment, can I find some at the club?
You can rent tennis and padel rackets for 5€ each during the reception opening hours.
Tennis and padel balls are available for sale at the reception.
During school holidays, the KST Pro-shop is open on the TCA site and will advise you on the best racket, shoes, clothing, and other accessories.

The club is accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to adapted sanitary facilities and a designated parking space in front of the clubhouse. Contact us to prepare for your visit.

Credit card payments are preferred (except American Express).
Checks are accepted and should be made out to “Tennis-Club d’Arcachon”.
We do not accept holiday vouchers.

Before playing, water the court evenly, making sure not to create puddles.
After playing, drag the net and sweep the lines before leaving the court.
Specific shoes are mandatory to access clay courts. Access will be denied to players with inappropriate shoes.

The club offers a WhatsApp group for finding tennis partners (link available at the reception).
Open padel games by level are also available.

An online fundraiser via the “Soutiens ton club” platform and the French sports foundation is available through the following link. All donations will be acknowledged in kind.
A Cerfa receipt will be issued for a 66% tax reduction (for individuals) or 60% (for businesses).

Club registrations are done via a form at the reception. Rates are visible in the “Rates” section of the website.
Memberships for the 2024/2025 season will be open from September 1st, 2024, and will be valid until August 31st, 2025.
The full membership grants access to:

20 tennis courts and 3 padel pitches, indoor and outdoor, with lighting, free of charge, 365 days a year (same for secondary club membership).
2 free invitations per year for tennis or padel.
Pickleball courts and equipment.
Various discounts with our partners or during club events.
A gym is available during reception hours for club members.
The FFT license from Tennis-Club d’Arcachon also allows you to play on a team under the club’s colors.
A secondary club membership is possible for players holding a license in another club.

Tennis-Club d’Arcachon-Padel offers tennis and padel courses and private lessons for children and adults through its 5 instructors.

Plaquette d'informations

Dogs on a leash are allowed inside the club.
Bikes and mopeds should be parked in front of the club, in the designated areas.
As elsewhere in the city of Arcachon, being shirtless is prohibited at the club (on and off the courts).
Ordering a chocolatine at the bar is appreciated.
Ordering a pain au chocolat is tolerated.

The Summer Open tennis tournament is held annually from August 1st to 14th.
The Winter Open tennis tournament is held annually in the 2 weeks following the All Saints’ holidays.
The Youth tournament is held annually in the last two weeks of June.
Registrations are done via Ten’up with online payment.
The dates for padel tournaments can be found on Catherine Lalanne’s Pad’L Arcachon site, a teacher at the club www.padel-arcachon.com.

The bar-restaurant Le 7 is open 7 days a week from July 1st to August 31st.
The restaurant can be reached at 0664571011 / 0629045150.
Food service is available only at lunchtime.
Annual closure from January 1st to March 31st.
